RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item! It may not be necessary for you to process a return and could, in fact, slow things down. Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
We do not currently offer free returns.
You will be responsible for the cost of your return, booking a return through our portal is likely to be more cost effective than going to the post office yourself.
In the event we do not receive your return, we will require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.
*Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
How to do a return
Go to our return portal, (click on 'Make A Return' below)
Enter your order number (e.g. 12345) and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address.
Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point.
